Carved Doors was founded by a group of experienced craftsmen in 1999, building high end custom handcrafted doors with the highest standards of quality. All our products are made out of 100% Solid Wood to provide a real natural product full of character and excellent quality and longevity. We can use any type of wood our Customer’s require such as Alder or Mahogany.

We are company committed to satisfy our customer’s needs and, in order to do so, all our doors are custom built to fit any project specifications, our existing styles are all customizable from stain color to dimensions, wood type, general style, etc. You are always welcome to submit your own designs, even if is just a quick sketch by hand, a photo, a picture from a magazine, etc, anything that can help us provide you with a quote. We can even help you design your own door by getting together and listen to your ideas then shaping these down in a professional drawing.

Design
Our craftsmen work with you to bring

Build
Our doors are custom – no two
are quite the same. They are
handcrafted to order based on your
needs and specifications.

Pre Stain
Staining a door can give it a more
striking and richer appearance, especially
if its exterior surface has faded from weather,
sun, or even just general aging.

Close Up
Final sanding assures the elegance & beauty
of the final product. A coat of Marine Grade Spar
Varnish is applied to the door, which provides the extra
layer of protection against the sun and the elements.

Ready to ship
After a final inspection,
the door is sealed in a thick 6 mil
poly bag, to ensure safe transporting to
your home.
